Is Chattr free to use?

Yes! Chattr is completely free to download and use.

Do I have to be LGBTQ+ to join?

Chattr was created by and for queer folks - that’s always at the heart of what we do, but everyone’s welcome.

You can invite any friend to join, no matter how they identify 💜

In App Questions

I didn’t enter the Founding Member code, or my badge isn’t showing.

No worries. Just send us your email and the code you meant to use - we’ll get the badge added for you manually 💜

I’m not comfortable sharing personal info like my sexuality.

Totally understandable. During signup, you can choose “Prefer not to say” for anything you’d rather keep private. Your comfort comes first.

Can I update my profile info later on?

Some details like your bio and display picture can be updated in the app. Others, like location, gender, and sexuality, can’t be edited just yet.

If you’d like to change any of those, just reach out and we’ll help you update them manually.
