Chattr’s Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Last Updated: August 2025

At Chattr, we are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive space for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including content, behavior, or activity that promotes or facilitates harm to minors. Our policies align with international laws and best practices to protect young people and uphold the safety of our community.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Chattr strictly prohibits:

  • Any content — including text, images, videos, or links — that depicts, promotes, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation

  • Any attempt to solicit, groom, or engage with minors in an inappropriate or predatory way

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated, altered, or digitally manipulated content

  • Any user or account involved in distributing, soliciting, or enabling CSAE-related content or actions

2. Detection and Reporting Tools

To identify and prevent CSAE-related risks, Chattr employs multiple layers of safeguards:

  • User Reporting: Every post, comment, and profile includes tools for reporting suspicious or harmful content directly in-app

  • Human Review: Reports are reviewed by moderators who take swift and appropriate action

3. Enforcement Actions

If CSAE content or behavior is detected, Chattr will:

  • Immediately remove the violating content

  • Permanently suspend or ban the associated user account(s)

  • Report the incident to relevant law enforcement or child protection agencies

4. Compliance and Industry Collaboration

Chattr is committed to ongoing collaboration with safety-focused organizations and complies with legal frameworks, and international efforts to combat online child exploitation.

We continuously review and improve our safeguards to reflect evolving standards and technologies.

5. Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter content or behavior on Chattr that may relate to CSAE:

  • Please report it directly using our in-app report tools

  • Or contact us immediately at: chattr.sg@gmail.com

Chattr remains dedicated to fostering a safer online environment for everyone — especially the most vulnerable. We will continue evolving our policies and tools to actively prevent CSAE and support a respectful, protective community.
